Get your running on the right track with MCRRC's popular running program for women, Running Roses. In its 19th year, this program is low-key, non-competitive, and designed to gradually increase members' endurance and the distance while staying injury-free. Runners meet twice a week for 10 weeks working towards the Run for Roses 5K in June.
