In this two hour workshop with avid runner and yoga teacher, Brittanie DeChino, discover how yoga can loosen up hamstrings, hips, calves, low back, and upper back/shoulders, helping you to run faster, easier, and with less risk of injury. All levels of runners and yogini welcome!
